– Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase or service agreement.
– A refund is available only if the service has not yet been fully delivered. Once our cybersecurity services, such as assessments, consultations, or implementations, have been completed, refunds will not be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Services

– Completed Services: Once services such as vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, or security audits have been completed, they are considered fully delivered and are non-refundable.
– Custom Solution: If a tailored cybersecurity solution has been developed or implemented specifically for your business, it is not eligible for a refund after the work begins.

3. Partial Refunds
– In certain cases, if the service has been partially completed and you are unsatisfied, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will be determined based on the work that has already been delivered.
– Partial refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at Cybivalue’s discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

– A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund
– Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 3-5 business days. We may reach out for further information to understand the issue.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.

5. Chargeback Policy
– We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may delay resolution and can result in service disruptions or additional fees.
– Unwarranted chargebacks on valid services may lead to the suspension or termination of services.
